Solution:
There are differences concerning the audio formats of the programs copied from the DVD. If we copied the program directly from the DVD disk, the sound will disappear. Therefore, two optional modes are available concerning the DVD audio modes on the Menu: Mode 1 and Mode 2.
Mode 1 is for the programs copied directly from the DVD disk, and Mode 2 is for the programs transformed by Ulead Video Studio. The pre-set mode is Mode 1.
